Watch Recap is live: papers in, films out
Academics spend months writing papers most people never read. WatchRecap fixes that: drop in a PDF and get back a narrated film instead. It reads the paper, drafts a script, and lays out a storyboard. You flag any beat that strays and it rewrites. Nothing animates until you approve, then the voice is recorded and each shot is drawn to match. Three pipelines: explainers (PDF or link in, 30s to 3min film out), promos (it opens your app in a real browser and screen-captures the actual product), and cinematics (a topic in, chaptered film out). Free to start, 30 seconds a month. If a render fails, the seconds come back. Pro is $49/mo when you want longer films. Live now at watchrecap.com. Putting it in front of 10 researchers first to find where it breaks.
