Privacy

The short version: we measure how people use JustBuildApps and the apps on it, so builders learn what works and you see better apps. We never record what you type.

What we record

• Usage counts: which apps you view, open, try live, save or share, what you search for, and which cards you click. Tied to a random id in your browser, and to your account if you're signed in.
• Session recordings of JustBuildApps: for some visits we record how the page changes and where you click and scroll, so we can see what's confusing. Everything you type is replaced with "•••".
• Session recordings inside apps: when you try an app live on JustBuildApps and its builder has added our recording script, your session in that app is recorded the same way (typed text masked) and shared with that builder. A note under the app tells you when this is on. The app isn't recorded when you open it outside JustBuildApps.

What we don't do

• Record what you type, in our pages or in apps.
• Sell your data or show you ads.
• Record apps you open directly, outside JustBuildApps.

Keeping and deleting

Session recordings are deleted after 30 days. Usage counts are kept to rank apps. To have your account's data deleted, message @justbuildapps.
